I believe that sometimes we don't need to become someone different.  Sometimes, through the challenges of life, we simply lose touch of who we are.

My work is about creating a safe, confidential and non- judgemental space where you can slow down, be heard and explore what is happening within you.

I'm a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Shamanic Practitioner, I offer different pathways depending on what feels right for you.

My particular passion is spiritual counselling and spiritual hypnotherapy - creating space for the deeper questions of life, including meaning, purpose, spirituality, change and a connection to ourselves.

I don't believe I have all the answers, and I don't see my role as fixing you.  I walk alongside you, offering compassion, curiosity and a safe space in which you can listen to your own inner wisdom.
